Pre-cut focaccia with Parma ham and mozzarella cheese

ingredients :

1 Twisted Focaccia with seeds and extra virgin olive oil
4/5 slices of Parma ham
1 fiordilatte mozzarella cheese
2 two leaves of curly salad
1 round President tomato

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE

100g spreadable cheese
1 teaspoon of mustard in cream
1 teaspoon of acacia honey

method :

Sauce: add the spreadable cheese, mustard and honey, to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Spread the cheese mixture on both the inside slices of the focaccia. Cut the mozzarella and the tomato into generous slices with a smooth-edged knife. Put layers of Parma ham, curly salad, mozzarella and tomato. It can be served at room temperature or warmed on the hot plate.
