1985: an ambitious dream

Brothers Fabio and Paolo Gallina, from their family bakery nestled among the Asolo hills, dared to dream big: they wanted everyone in Italy to savor the delicious freshly baked croissants from Forno d’Asolo.

With vision and determination, they turned this then-revolutionary idea into reality. They decided to freeze their products and distribute them across Italy, supplying bars and bakeries throughout the peninsula and islands. Once delivered, the croissants would be baked fresh on-site every day to preserve their original fragrance and flavor.
