BOMBOLONE BECOMES DESSERT

HOW TO PREPARE THE CANNOLO CREAM
100g ricotta cheese 50g cream 1 tablespoon chocolate chips or candied orange peel
Mix the ricotta with the sugar icing and the whipped cream, add some chocolate chips or candied orange peel, pour the mixture into a pastry bag and fill the bombolone.
Preparation :
ideal for coffee shops Defrost the Bomboloni in their packing tray so that they retain moisture and remain soft. Cut the top of the Bombolone and open creating a recess.Fill with the cannoli cream. Finish to taste with powdered sugar or candied orange peel. Even more delicious when served warm: heat the pre-cut bombolone in an oven for 3 minutes at 150°C, fill and serve.
