KRAPFEN TURNS INTO A TEMPTING DESSERT

HOW TO PREPARE THE CANNOLO CREAM

100g ricotta cheese sugar icing 50g cream 1 tablespoon chocolate chips or candied orange

Mix the ricotta with the sugar icing and the previously whipped cream, add some chocolate chips or candied orange, pour the mixture into a pastry bag and fill the krapfen.

method :

Defrost the krapfen in their wrapping so that they retain moisture and remain soft. Cut the top of the krapfen creating a recess, and fill with the cannoli cream. Finish to taste with powdered sugar or candied orange peel. Even more delicious when served warm: heat the pre-cut krapfen in an oven for 3 minutes at 150°C, fill and serve.
