Vegan whole grain bread focaccia with guacamole and avocado sauce

ingredients :

1 Vegan whole grain bread focaccia
1 tomato
1 avocado
Lime juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Afalfa sprouts

Preparation :

For the sauce:
Peel and pit the avocado, dice half the pulp, add the lime juice. Crush with a fork until it forms a soft cream. Add the chopped tomato and season with salt.

Bake the focaccia in the oven at 200°C for 5 – 8 minutes. Once cooked, wait for it to cool before cutting it. Slice the other half of the avocado into a fan shape and sprinkle the slices with lime juice. Fill the focaccia with the sauce, lay the avocado slices on top, decorate with the sprouts, add salt and pepper and serve.
