Preparation :

Bake the cornetti at 175°C for about 20 minutes, allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before filling.

1. ReB. GLAZED CORNETTO WITH GIANDUIA CREAM AND SALTED PISTACHIOS:

Cut the cornetto horizontally on the top, fill with gianduia cream, finish with salted chopped pistachios.

2. ReB. GLAZED CORNETTO WITH CUSTARD AND DARK CHOCOLATE FLAKES:

Cut the cornetto horizontally on the top, fill with custard, finish with chocolate flakes.

3. ReB. GLAZED CORNETTO WITH ORANGE MARMALADE:

Cut off the top of the cornetto using a pair of scissors for a smooth operation. Fill with orange marmalade and finish with dried orange, which can be easily prepared.
